Our pediatric neurology and physical therapy medical practice specializes in the comprehensive evaluation and management of infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with cerebral palsy (CP), the most common motor disability in childhood. At 1 CP Place, we focus on the whole child. We identify and treat motor impairments (such as spasticity and dystonia) and use goal directed therapies, exercise programs and assistive technology to increase mobility and participation, and decrease pain. We also address the associated developmental disabilities/ neurological disorders (including seizures, cognitive disability, communication, attention and behavior problems) common in patients with CP.
