- AYAli YousifAug 10, 20261.0Very bad experience since I transferred the refill to this heb pharmacy , I never order refill and they do it at the time , always I have to give them call more than once last time give them call at Thursday for refill the lady said come pick not even on Friday on Saturday, I give them call on Sunday she said sorry didn't refill come on Tuesday they just left with no refill on system, so whoever work there they ain't professional at all they dont know to do their job so iam gonna take the refill to another pharmacy

Went in to get my script filled after I went to CVS and they said they didn’t carry my medication, was upset about the situation considering I just moved to the area and my old pharmacy is in Virginia, unfortunately I do not have coverage anymore so I knew I was paying for my meds out of pocket, destiny one of the pharm techs there was super sweet and really went above and beyond to ensure I got a good deal ! I really appreciate the excellent service !! my new home pharmacy for years to come :)
