Three years fast forward and still here, my journey to get stronger and better. It is a low impact, high intensity full body workout with many benefits. With all the classes combined, from classic, align, define, and empower, not only it has improved my flexibility and balance, I noticed an improved posture, mental focus, core strength, and endurance. Driving in the express way feels more relaxing and pushing a lawn mower seems much lighter and easier. Even climbed and reached Mt. Fuji summit last summer. Thanks to the power of Define and Empower!
