- MDMichael DewAug 13, 20265.0I came in to try to fill a prescription from Urgent Care but it hadn’t been sent over yet. They encouraged me to wait a few minutes and ask again, even though the pharmacy was about to close. When I checked back the prescription still hadn’t been sent, but pharmacist Brandon was really nice and tried to call my Urgent Care to get the prescription. He even left a voicemail for me when he couldn’t get through.

I’ve always had a good experience, but most of my medications have been easier to get a prescription for or to fill than my most recent medication, a GLP-1. I spoke to a pharmacy technician named Joel twice yesterday on the phone and he was very helpful and took the time to field my litany of questions regarding coupons, insurance, etc. because the medication in question is far from cheap. Again, I’ve always had a good experience at this pharmacy and with its technicians, drive-through, and pharmacists. But I just felt like Joel was super patient and went above and beyond. That’s about it.
