Manager is extremely rude and said he will only refund items one time and that the next time I require a refund that he will go against GNC policy and deny the refunds. Manager should be fired and all the employees at that location should be replaced. There is no excuse to be rude to customers when it is your job to satisfy customers and help. Worthless business.
