  I found out today that this GNC location is a franchise store so it makes sense while they don't follow the GNC Corporate polices and guidelines! I went into make a return today. I told the associate that I currently take 4 other GNC supplements and these were the first that were not tolerable and I wanted to return them. I had my packing slip and online order email. They told me (the associate and Manager) that they would not accept the return. I even showed them on the GNC packing slip the 30 day money back guarantee . Still they said NO & that is was an inventory issue. I called the 1 800 number on my slip when I got to my car and spoke to an agent where they obviously took my return back w/ out having to pay shipping this one time since this store would not let me return my item I also told them I will ever shop at this location again! This is not the first issue with this store either!

  I will no longer be using GNC of Paris. The employee told me that he would only price match Amazon (I was looking at Walmart) so I asked him to call his GM which also, told me that they would only price match Amazon. We then called corporate and CORPORATE SAID (I quote) “Guaranteed quality at a guaranteed price. We never want a price tag to prevent you from purchasing the high-quality vitamins and supplements you love, which is why we have a Price Match Guarantee. With this guarantee, our stores will match competitor prices on identical products.” Corporate went on to say that they have had many complaints on the Paris location for not following the price match guarantee along with many other GNC guidelines and regulations. Shop local but don’t shop local when it comes to our local GNC. They suck!
