    If you know our time is valuable then please explain why I was left on hold for over 30 minutes without so as a quick sorry for the wait we will get back with you. Then they text saying your glasses are ready. When you show up they literally try giving you your with fake lens still in them. They didn't make the lens you needed.

    I took a chance at a new place to get my eyes checked (my Dr was booked) Turns out I paid 100$ to choose between my old prescription and a new one where my right eye was very blurry, going to have to pay for another eye exam with my old doctor since he has always gave me the correct prescription for BOTH EYES. Yes eye-mart is fast but at the cost of seeing good with one eye. Do not recommend them at all

    I had a very frustrating experience. I went in for two eye exams, and the place was completely empty with the techs just sitting at the front, yet they still refused to take two of my little ones. They do not accept walk-ins and only take appointments, which were booked out about a month away. There was no clear explanation, and it felt very unprofessional and unhelpful. I expected better customer service, especially when the office was not busy at all. It was disappointing to feel turned away for no good reason. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

    I have been calling for the past 3 weeks and have been given the run around! I am new here to Odessa and was recommended this place by at least 4 different people and not once have I been given a straight answer or even a a full sentence bc I get either hung up on or put on hold. This is so ridiculous! I’ve been trying to set and appt on the 24th in April and like I said 3 WEEKS I have been calling and NOTHING! And when they finally answer they say they have nothing until May 15??? BOTH offices have been screwing me like it’s a joke. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
