- JJJennifer5 days ago5.0Melissa at Club Pilates in Denton has been absolutely incredible with my elderly mother! My mom recently started Pilates for the first time. She has taken 8 private lessons, and we have already seen such a wonderful improvement in her strength and mobility. Melissa has been so kind, patient, and encouraging, and the entire team has been wonderful and accommodating as my mom learns and grows stronger. I am so grateful for the care, kindness, and support they have shown my mom. It is amazing to see how Pilates is helping improve her mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Thank you, Melissa, and the entire Club Pilates team, for making such a positive difference in her life! ❤️

- NSNouman SAug 7, 20261.0Extremely disappointed with how this business handles cancellations. They require a 30-day notice, which means you’re charged for another full month even if you cancel immediately and never step foot in the studio again. In our case, my wife won’t be using the facility at all during that final month, yet we’re still expected to pay. Policies like this may be buried in the contract, but they don’t make for good customer service. A company that truly values its members would work with them instead of charging for services they know won’t be used. The instructors may be great, but the cancellation policy left a very negative impression. I would encourage anyone considering a membership to read the cancellation terms carefully before signing up.
