They require a 30-day notice, which means you’re charged for another full month even if you cancel immediately and never step foot in the studio again. In our case, my wife won’t be using the facility at all during that final month, yet we’re still expected to pay. Policies like this may be buried in the contract, but they don’t make for good customer service. A company that truly values its members would work with them instead of charging for services they know won’t be used. The instructors may be great, but the cancellation policy left a very negative impression. I would encourage anyone considering a membership to read the cancellation terms carefully before signing up.
