  Fantastic! I’ve been going to this stretch lab for about 3 months my technician is Isabell and they don’t come any better I’m sure. Clean place and fantastic technicians what more could you ask for. My posture and mobility is so much better. Thank you Isabell

  Absolutely the best therapeutic experiences ever! Jasmine and the other technicians are very friendly and professional. They tailor appropriate stretch techniques to your personal needs! The facility is immaculate, scheduling is efficient and flexible! Such a fabulous healthcare opportunity!!

  I had a very disappointing experience at StretchLab in New Braunfels. I attempted to cancel sessions for the month of May and request a refund after realizing there was a 30-day cancellation policy that was never clearly explained to me upfront. What made the situation worse was the way the manager handled the conversation. Instead of showing empathy or trying to resolve the issue professionally, I felt judged and unfairly treated for simply asking questions about my account and refund options. The interaction came across as dismissive, hostile, and, honestly, discriminatory in the way I was spoken to compared to other customers in the studio. I understand businesses have policies, but transparency and respectful customer service matter. Accusing or implying that a customer is making an “unethical” request because they were unaware of a policy is completely unacceptable. The entire experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this location to carefully review all cancellation terms beforehand and be prepared for how management may respond if issues come up.

  I wasn't sure that I would benefit from a Stretchlab membership but it has been fantastic. I used to have constant chronic low back and leg pain but since adding a once a week visit it has helped so much, to the point that my pain is greatly decreased or non existent on most days. I've also noticed faster recovery after going to the gym. My husband and I both work with Nathon, and he is very attuned to how to help us improve our flexibility and mobility. He listens carefully, adjusts the stretches to our needs each week, and explains what he's doing in a way that makes you feel confident about the approach. Nathon is knowledgeable, professional, and seems to genuinely cares about helping his clients feel better. We’re so glad we gave Stretchlab a try—and even more grateful to have found Nathon!

  I started coming here ( New Braunfels )at the end of March. They have helped with a lot of my back issues and neck issues. Nathan is my flexologist and truly does a great job!!
