- MRMakayla Rivas5 days ago1.0Went to the hospital got a prescription from them and had them order it to creekside new Braunfels. Should’ve been ready and made me wait until the next day and even then I am waiting 30 minutes to get a damn prescription. Do better! What’s even worse is the customer service! They laugh at you behind the counter and don’t even care that you’ve been waiting on medicine for two days straight! Crazy work! Like I said do better!

He is patient; kind, and speaks clearly where he can be heard and understood. I do not know how to translate people talking "at" me when they are rushing as if the place is on fire. AND always accompanied with an attitude and are insulted if asked to please speak up, and speak slower where you can be understood. Front line staff hit and miss in their Customer Service. After our telehealth appointment, I was really hoping to get her prescription filled as quickly as possible so she could start getting some relief. Logan was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed, and provided truly exceptional customer service. When you’re worried about your child, that level of compassion means more than you know. Thank you, Logan, for going above and beyond today.
