The front desk staff checked multiple times, but Dr. Shiv Patel’s responses came across as increasingly rude and unprofessional. He also seemed dismissive when I asked questions. In the end, no prescription was required, which made the whole experience frustrating.

As I had multiple prescriptions to pick up, I expected the usual: waiting a long time and going back and forth, but not with Sarah; she handled everything with professional excellence.
