We are so excited to be the first heated yoga studio using Far Infrared Technology in New Braunfels, Texas. Your experience at GWY will start the second you walk in the doors and smell the lavender and eucalyptus diffusing in the air. We believe that every human on the planet is searching for ways to find relief from the demands, stresses and health implications of this busy, modern, digitally driven life. Our goal for this community is to provide a place where humans of all ages can walk in the door and feel safe, loved, accepted and understood regardless of age, race, color, size, gender, creed or sex or sexual orientation.
