  I ordered from the website originally and needed to return. They said I could return locally so I went to the nearest retail location. When I arrived they said the manager was not there so they could not refund; but to come back later. I returned later and the manager said if I ordered online I could not return at a retail location. It ended up being a waste of two trips. There were three employees there with no other customer; but they seemed annoyed to have to attempt to help me.

  Ordered glasses for my daughter. They had one pie in stock and one had to be ordered. Only 11min until the in stock pair was ready. Our sales tech was really helpful and friendly. Despite a long line of people, she still did her job graciously.

  Some members of the staff are excellent, others are sales people. The quality of the "off the shelf" progressive lenses is horrible. I've been back once so far as I feel like no matter how often I clean them (with the store cleaner the sales person "gave" me, um charged me for, to try) it seems like I'm constantly looking through a thin film that makes everything foggy. I've worn glasses for 40 years, no not my first rodeo. I've been back once so far and asked for the lenses to be changed as they might be defective. I was told no, I needed to take time to get used to them (!) and caught a glimpse of the discreet eye-roll from one employee to the other about the problematic customer. I hesitate to take them back completely as they were partially covered by my insurance and I need to be sure that my benefit will return to my plan in a timely fashion so that I can use it elsewhere. In any event, this is my second year using this location with similar problems last year (the coating was peeling off inside a month, but that they replaced). It surely is my last. Buyer Beware.

  I can’t express the excitement this place gave me!!!! I had been in tears and already ordered a pair of glasses from another company had to cancel and just beside myself at the point of walking into them an hour and half before they close! Alll I can days is I ended up special ordering my classes that I wanted with them and walking out with a pair that same day!!!
