  My son and I visited Eyemart today because he needed same-day glasses due to an emergency. My original plan was to purchase a higher-end pair of Versace frames. I had actually found them online at half price, and the store manager was kind enough to offer to honor that price in-store, but only with the purchase of two pairs. After seeing the total (lens’s price is additional and higher for Versace than other lenses for whatever reason) I realized it simply wasn’t in my budget, so I chose to purchase a more affordable pair for now and planned to come back for the Versace frames at a later date. Unfortunately, that’s when my experience changed. The technician assisting us was much more engaged when she believed we were purchasing the more expensive frames. I also overheard her using the same upselling script about astigmatism with the customer before us. Once we decided on the less expensive glasses, her attitude and level of service noticeably changed. She became less attentive, and it was obvious she was disappointed with our decision. Ironically, that experience made me glad I didn’t purchase the more expensive pair. Customer service should never depend on how much a customer spends. Every customer deserves the same level of respect, professionalism, and care, regardless of their budget. I was also not offered the new client discount. There are other Eyemart locations, and next time I’d rather make the drive to another store, even if it’s farther away. Great customer service is what earns repeat business, and unfortunately, that was missing from this visit.

  Billie was amazing! I have had issues with another well know optical getting the measurements correct on my glasses, progressive lenses, for the last few years. Billie was a complete professional, sunglasses ready in an hour! I put them on and could see perfectly!! The nightmare of sending glasses back to be re-done is over!! To top it off, prices are amazing!

  Great service and great employees that care. Got a pair same day, also got my pair within a week, which they had to order. very satisfied.

  My boys sometimes go through a few pairs of glasses, this location is so helpful and kind. Thank you for all you do.
