Barre is my favorite way to exercise - you control the intensity, but it's low impact which is great for joints. Not only am I stronger and leaner, but I've notice huge impacts to my overall physical and mental health. The Murphy location is the absolute best - I was so excited to find an amazing studio so close to my new home. The staff, teachers, and even the clients are so friendly and supportive. I highly recommend!
