  I give THIS Heb 1 star because for around a year ive been picking up the same prescriptions and now all of the sudden the paperwork the dr is sending is wrong, or they need prior approvals or it isnt ready, I have 4 medications i generally refill at the same visit, currently Ive been trying to get them all for the last week and a half, today I was told my last 2 were ready showed up to pick them up and now all of the sudden the paperwork for my vyvanse doesnt have a note on it mind you yesterday they cancelled that same prescription because the dr's assistants name was also on the paperwork!!! So now I will no longer be using THIS Heb again, I will take my business to GR pharmacy in Dayton instead... Learn how to call and get things correct before telling people their stuff is ready!!!

  Mont Belvieu HEB Pharmacy(07/14/2026) seems to have under estimate the amount of business that they were going to have. They seem to lag on filling prescriptions. We called to get a refill and that said to give them 2 hours. We went there at 4:15 and they had not fill the prescriptions after 4 hrs. They seemed to have plenty of people working behind the counter. We even get our canine med prescriptions filled here cause it is cheaper than at the vet office. This has happened to us several times. We opted to use this pharmacy due to driving distance and we do get our groceries here most of the time.

  Why are people allowed to sit in the drive through and hold up the line when their prescription is not ready? The wait at this pharmacy is a little ridiculous

  I had the most amazing experience today awith Ms. Laura. She helped me with my medication and went out of her way to make sure I understood and was comfortable. Thank you Ms. Laura so much for helping me today.

  There is a reason why this pharmacy has a 3.3 star rating. I have had decent service in the past. But today my wife was standing in line to pick up a prepaid prescription. When she got to the counter she was told they were closed, and there was nothing they could do and she would have to come back tomorrow. And yet they were still serving customers in the drive through. It was prepaid, she was inline before closing time and it was one minute after closing! We are taking our business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same if that is what they call customer (non)service! 😠
