- FFfzarzarMar 18, 20241.0I do not think these .... care about bad reviews as they still get their pay and keep on being disruptors and upsetting their customers without empathy or regard. No manners and no customer service which is a word that doesn't exist in their head. Perhaps HEB should just stick to selling groceries. I have referred clients here, either directly or indirectly, and some people still sponsor this "pharmacy" out of convenience and I agree with other reviews that they do charge Medicaid clients for some medications especially the OTC. In a normal pharmacy, which this one is not, clients are given the option of purchasing an alternative or more commonly replacing the medication to a covered one; unfortunately, the staff here is "too busy" to take the time to offer an alternative or contact the physician and work together in looking for a covered option. Furthermore, the bad customer service extends to providers as when calling in a prescription or calling to clarify one this is the 1/100 that will need further explanation. caveat emptor
