  They want you to agree that you have received the Privacy Notice and HIPAA Notice, yet they don’t actually provide the notices to you. Then, when you select “Disagree” because you haven’t received them, they get upset. This is absolutely unacceptable and reflects horrible customer service!

  Very rude employee named Monique toward veterans and active duty personnel. Not sure if she wasn’t having a good day but definitely had a horrible attitude! Worse experience ever! They need better staff that’s nothing like her

  Cant find prescription, it's magically found when show e-receipt, says theres no medication to fill prescription, but they have a different one, change it to that, "sorry we are out", no idea when it will be available... Story changes it's time, if you can't fill it then just say so, don't string people along.
