I had to transfer my prescriptions from another pharmacy and I needed them quickly - done deal! The best pharmacy experience I've had this pharmacy.

- BLBrooke LindseyFeb 26, 20261.0NORA AT HEB PHARMACY WINDOW IS RUDE AND NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER LINE OF WORK THAT DOESNT INVOLVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! management if you are seeing this you have the wrong person behind the counter. I have never known a pharmacy worker to be so argumentative, and have no sense of customer service. I went to grab my fiances medication and when I gave the name and date of birth she told me there were 4 ready so when i questioned her about the 4th medication she was rude and defensive claiming she didnt say that... when she did, why would I even mention it if she didnt say it. Anyways, she argued and was disrespectful to me and I absolutely cant believe they employed a type of person like her to work for a great company lile heb. especially as a pharmacist. You need to have the same care as a nurse would.
