  If you’re using VA insurance make sure the pharmacist actually calls them. I’ve had to pay out of pocket many times because they are to lazy to physically call the VA to get the medication approved. They always run it as regular insurance and claim the VA don’t cover your meds. HEB sucks

  I don't see how anyone has had a negative experience here, they're always super nice and usually pretty quick. I moved to Odessa over 4 years ago but leave all my scripts over here because they're so much better. Definitely better than the Wall one or any of the others.

  I was having trouble affording my prescriptions and Jacquelyn went out of her way to assist me. After multiple attempts she was able to get it down to a much affordable price. She had such a pleasant demeanor despite being obviously busy that day. Thank you!!!

  Sitting in drive thru for third time this week trying to get my medication. Completely out and they said it would be ready two days ago, then yesterday and then today and still not filled. Go somewhere else. They also said they didn’t have it and that the shipment didn’t come in till tomorrow but once I told them I’m completely out they said they would fill it now. They lie and wait as long as possible to fill prescriptions. When you’re on the medication I’m on, you can’t have a lapse. It’s extremely dangerous. switching pharmacies, you should too.

  They really take care of U while you're shopping their store. They're friendly and really curious and help U out and every way possible.I really like shopping at HEB!!!!!
