To start, the staff did not even acknowledge me and although they were with customers, they greeted others as they walked in once I was being helped. Secondly, the whole interaction seemed rushed and the associate did not explain the features of my glasses very well. The interaction was very confusing and it was not very pleasant. I can’t say they weren’t professional because they certainly were, but I wouldn’t come back to this lens crafters and would rather visit another location instead.

Brenda assisted us. She was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of my questions and helped my daughter find the perfect pair of glasses. She listened to my concerns about a pair of glasses I recently purchased; she even adjusted them for a better fit. Excellent customer service from start to finish—I highly recommend them!
