When we arrived we were told of the policy and asked to provide payment -- before any type of exam in which need could be determined. When asked if the information was written or in some way publicly available, we were told it is only written in an employee handbook. We have used LensCrafters for decades-- no problem with the agency overall, but if you value medical decisions being made by actual medical thought-- or, as in our case, you are looking for care for someone with nuero diversity, go elsewhere.
