  I usually love the experience I have at Kroger Pharmacies. I used the Kroger in McKinney for years until they closed that location off 380 near 75. Fast forward to today and I am sitting here without my medication because of the actions of this Pharmacy. I called in as I always do to get my meds filled and they told me they only had 25 of the 30 in stock. I was ok with this, assuming they would just fill the other 5 when they got them in stock. I noticed I was getting low on my mediction so I called in and inquired about the other 5 they still owe me. I was told it was not in stock. So I said ok, easy enough, I called the Pharmacy in Allen and they said they had 10 in stock. Great. Called back to the Pharmacy in Melissa and was told by the Pharmacist that they would not send the rest of my perscription over to Allen and that I would have to call my Doctor. The Pharmacist did not seem at all concerned that I would have to go without my medication and that I was misled by whatever company Kroger has contracted to do the Pharmacy work there as I do not believe they are actual Kroger employees. Regardless, I am filing a complaint with any agency that will listen about this.
