Patty H. at the self checkout is consistently rude to customers and doesn’t like to help customers with questions on where products are located or what items that are on sale are at in the store. Seems like this is pretty consistent with the staff at this location.

There is a new pharmacist there, I think her name is Shiva. She is very nice and helpful. We needed the flu shot and she gave me and wife shots and neither of us felt a thing! She's an expert and very professional and friendly.

My boyfriend called to have something transferred yesterday, as a pharmacy technician, the pharmacist was extremely rude and unhelpful. He was very sweet at the start of the call and said “I need something transferred to y’all” there was 10 counted seconds of silence before she just goes “Ooookay?” Like.. are you going to say anything else, ask any questions? Wouldn’t offer any guidance through the process, and was talking to him like he was slow and dumb. A lot of patients don’t understand the transfer process. If you don’t want to work anymore, then retire. I will be calling today to complain directly to the pharmacist as well. You are supposed to be helping people.

I just went to this pharmacy to pick up 2 prescriptions for my brother. The pharmacy technician that assisted me at the drive thru was VERY AGRESSIVE! our conversation… Me- I’m here to grab 2 prescriptions for my brother. Tech- I have 2 bottles. Me- What are the medications? Tech- No, I just have 1 medication that we split into 2 bottles because didn’t have enough of one manufacture. Me- okay, where’s the other one? What is that one? I had 2 prescriptions transferred. The tech cut me off before I could finish that sentence to tell me she just has 1 medication. I then said, okay, why are you being aggressive? You’re cutting me off. The tech then, threw her hands in the air, rolled her eyes and said out loud, “apparently I’m being aggressive and laughed.” She went back to her station talking saying she was being aggressive and was laughing and mocking me in my face! The pharmacy GINGER then stepped in and said she saw NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS. I explained to ginger this was not good service and I’m just trying to get both of my brothers medications. Someone shouldn’t have to deal with this when picking up medications.
