  Dr. Nguyen and Charlotte were an absolute pleasure. Each were attentive to details and provided a very pleasant experience. I cancelled my appointment with another optical firm because of the great array of glasses and brands. Thank you for the awesome customer service! I’ll be back!! 🤞🏼

  I went to that store and was greeted by a middle-aged female service agent. She kept me for over an hour trying to convince me to keep the eyeglasses. She was very rude and impolite, and she attended to other customers while leaving me standing at the counter. She took measurements of my old glasses and the new ones and told me that the left lens of my old glasses had a stronger prescription than the new ones. I told her that I could not waste any more time trying another pair and that I needed a refund. She asked me for the case, and I told her I had left it at home but had another case in my car that I could bring. She insisted it had to be that particular case because she was going to return everything to the company. I drove 25 miles back home to retrieve the case and the 7-inch cleaning cloth. On my way back, I realized there was another Target in Allen that would save me about 6 to 7 miles of driving. I went to that store and gave the agent everything, mentioning that I had driven 25 miles just to bring the case. He was surprised and returned the case to me as a courtesy, apologizing on behalf of the agent who had refused to accept it without it. I will never return to that optical store again.

  I had a great experience at Target Optical in McKinney. Mr. LJ was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. His friendly attitude and outstanding customer service made the visit smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to help. I highly recommend Target Optical, and especially Mr. LJ, for anyone looking for exceptional eye care and customer service. Thank you, LJ!
