  I love this place! They have a lot of options that fit everyone’s needs like: adjustments, decompression machines, cryo-therapy, shockwave therapy, needling and more. My symptoms have improved since coming here and the doctors take the time to listen to you and aren’t dismissive like some other ones. The front office girls are so friendly and helpful!

  You have to go see Zack!! He is amazing and really knows how to make sure you feel safe and comfortable. While you are there make sure to visit with the Brittanys 😜.

  This place is ridiculous . My husband got injured and gets treated in Plano and has to go to McKinney for a treatment and they want to be greedy and charge for a service that they are already getting paid for by the insurance . How unfair is it that you want to charge 20$ every visit for a specific machine when already being covered by insurance ? The excuse is that they are the only ones that have this machine but how is that the patients fault . If we are going to your clinic for injury and my insurance has unlimited visits and services but you want to charge 20$ because of the demand and because McKinney is the only one with this machine . Please make it make sense . If McKinney is hectic then another machine should be out in another facility . My insurance is not cheap to begin with and they charge my insurance pretty high just for some stretches and adjustments. I love Spencer in Plano but this is ridiculous and I will be looking for another facility to receive these services that are fully covered by my insurance .

  ALL OF A SUDDEN NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE $20 dollars for the decompression machine and still charge the insurance for the service . STEALING FROM CUST SO WRONG !!!!! My insurance covers the service there’s no need for extra charges just cause the owners feel like it …..I Wouldn’t recommend to anyone . The worst service
