- MBMarti Bourland (Marti B)Jul 2, 20261.0I’ve been buying my lenses and frames from Pearl Vision since 2013. Until recently the customer service and promptness of my glasses was “ok”. Every year it seems like the service got worse and now, it’s flat out awful. The staff is a skeleton crew and some guy named Shaun makes promises but doesn’t deliver. They messed up my glasses big time and I brought them back (1.5 hour drive one way) to be done correctly. Was told the lenses were shipped overnight and I took off of work to (2 hours away) to come and pick up my glasses. Well, guess what, I walk in and I see Shaun and ducks and hides in the back leaving Elsa up front to deal with my disappointment. I will say she was very professional. But I will also say that I will never go back. I got my money back and a copy of my Rx and I’m taking my business elsewhere. Too bad for you Pearl vision because I always bought the expensive glasses. What a shame!

He went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted, He made the whole experience fun and easy! They offer premium quality at an unbeatable price point! I will be taking my whole family soon.
