  The customer service at this location is a joke at best! The difference between a franchise and corporate location for GNC should honor all products regardless of location purchased! Definitely lost a customer!

  Went to this store about 3pm to return items and the guy told me he couldn't refund me because my items are from another GNC and they are a franchise. I said okay. Went to my car looked on the back of the receipt to read the return policy and it says that I can return at any GNC. I called 2 other GNCs to confirm the policy. They confirmed that this store should give me a refund and it doesn't matter if they are a franchise. I then called this store back and the guy said that it's his manager's decision not to take items from other stores. I am very upset! I live less than 1 minute from this store and may have to drive to another GNC to return a item. This is dumb! And after my refund I will never return to another GNC! Update: I emailed the owner as he requested. Through our corresponse, the owner told me to come in 4 days to get my refund. The gentleman (Gee?) that assisted me was very nice.. I'm giving them another star because of him. And a star because I was incorrect about their closing time on Sundays.

  Hands down the best GNC in North Dallas... Well worth the drive. And I've been a GNC customer for over two decades. The staff are very knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, and offer generous discounts to frequent customers.
