  The Club Pilates South McKinney is an absolute game-changer for my fitness routine! Best decision I made for my health!!! I have been coming to this Club Pilates location since it was opened.This location is an immaculate and the front desk staff is always welcoming. The instructors are fantastic—highly knowledgeable, attentive to individual injuries or goals, and genuinely care about your progress!I always leave feeling stronger, more flexible, and energized. I highly recommend trying out their free introductory class if you are on the fence!

  The instructors at South McKinney are top notch! They not only make sure that their instructors are trained properly, but offer extra services such as free assessments 1:1 with an instructor to work on form and prevent injury. The variety of classes and various levels offered are designed to accommodate their clients needs, make appropriate recommendations for exercise modifications, and meet them where they are. As a physical therapist, that is refreshing to see a studio being proactive in injury prevention and safe form. I have been a client at this studio myself for 3 years. The studio manager (Kara) and lead instructor (Rachel) are very open to client feedback. They are proactive in addressing issues quickly when they arise. The high standard of quality instruction combined with a client first approach is what makes this studio stand out.

  I love Club Pilates! I have been going to this location for several months now and was brand new to Pilates when I started. I have to say, I love it! Honestly, this location is my favorite out of all the ones in the area. Not that any one of them are bad but I love the studio manager Kara, the space, the atmosphere and the instructors. All of the instructors are great and are super helpful when you have questions and help guide you so you get the most out of the class. I have taken multiple classes and almost all of them with Rachel and she is my favorite instructor. I have also taken classes with Jennifer and her classes are fantastic too. I would highly recommend this location and any of Rachel or Jennifer’s classes. I’ll be here for life!

  We came for a complimentary 30min session with a friend and were really excited to start our Pilates journey, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. There were two instructors and the second instructor physically pushed my friend's arm to correct her position instead of professionally guiding her, and it was painful for her. After class, while we still wanted to give it a try and were discussing the options, a staff member was explaining pricing to everyone were rudely told that if we weren't quiet, we should leave. The attitude was unnecessary, embarrassing, and very discouraging. I've had a much better experience at the Plano location, so I expected the same here. every customer deserves to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location.

  My friend and I were excited to try out this studio for the very first time. However unfortunately our first experience was truly unpleasant one of the assistant instructors was super harsh when trying to correct my move during the class with my hands I felt like she was almost breaking my hand. Then my friend and I still wanted to give them a shot and started talking about their packages to buy and the manager told us if we wanted to chat to take that somewhere else. I believe this place could have a potential as the main instructor was amazing if they work on their customer service as the customer service was truly poor.
