  Attended my first class yesterday and thought it was great! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. the instructor was very attentive and understanding that it was my first class and watched me to make sure I was doing everything correctly

  I had such an amazing experience at Club Pilates, especially during the Cardio Sculpt class with Gidget! This class is the perfect combination of strength, cardio, and Pilates, and Gidget does an incredible job making it challenging, fun, and motivating. Gidget is an outstanding instructor—her energy, encouragement, and passion for fitness shine through every class. She gives excellent instruction, helps everyone with proper form, and creates an atmosphere where you feel supported while still being pushed to do your best. Her enthusiasm makes the class fly by, and I always leave feeling stronger, accomplished, and energized. Club Pilates has created such a welcoming and positive community, and instructors like Gidget are what make it such a great place to work out. I highly recommend the Cardio Sculpt class with Gidget to anyone looking for a fun, effective, and empowering workout!
