  Everyone from the top down of this company has been very helpful, and it has been an amazing experience working with them. They were able to get me a caregiver promptly and always made sure to have someone available if I needed them. Communication was also always excellent.

  After losing my dad a year ago, my mom's insistence on living independently in their McKinney home of 30+ years has been a constant worry for our family. Her medical conditions - insulin-dependent diabetes, Alzheimer's, and memory challenges - make it a daily struggle. But since her doctor recommended Care Mountain, we've found a new sense of hope and stability! Their compassion, patience, and responsiveness have been a blessing. Gagan's understanding and guidance have been instrumental in creating a personalized care plan that works for us. With two dedicated caregivers, both certified dementia practitioners with over 15 years of experience, my mom receives the love and support she needs 8 hours a day, 7 days a week. They go above and beyond, helping with companionship, doctor's visits, grocery shopping, medication reminders, laundry, and meals. Their kindness and nurturing spirit have made a world of difference, keeping my mom's anxiety, depression, dementia progression, and diabetes under control. Care Mountain has given us the peace of mind we desperately needed. We can't recommend them enough as exceptional care partners - they're truly making a difference in our lives!

  Care Mountain sends us a team of caregivers to cover overnight and weekend care. We have a private caregiver during the day. It is good to see that the team works well together and supports each other even though they are not from the same company. I like the integrity and professionalism of the Car4e Mountain caregivers. The staff is very well managed by the office which is not very common in home care companies at least in my experience. Very satisfied and happy with Care Mountain.
