  My mom has been going to AudioNova for a little while and after every visit, she is able to hear better than before. Mark, audio specialist, is very patient, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. He has made recommendations and supported my mom each step of the way. However, after today, Mark has reached “miracle maker” status when he helped fit my mom with a complimentary device to her hearing aids. The device is called Rodger and it uses 4 microphones to pick up someone speaking and relay it directly into my mom’s hearing aids. Think: at a restaurant, Rodger will drone out ambient noises, watching TV, speaking with a small group, etc. For so long, I’d be sitting next to my mom and unless I was looking at her, speaking at a high volume and speaking slowly with no other background noise she couldn’t hear me. We tested Rodger in the car ride home in which I turned up the music volume, rain was clapping down on the car and the outside noise of the road and my mom heard perfectly every word I said even when we weren’t looking at one another. Needless to say, we both started crying joy and were so thankful and grateful that Mark took his time with my mom to understand her needs. A 30-minute appt. with Mark from AudioNova that changed my mom’s world.

  I just bought hearing aids 3 months ago from the provider my insurance told me to. Anyway I have been having problems with them and when I visited my provider they had a sign on the door saying they're closed to call another location several miles away. I did 4 times without a response. I contacted my insurance provider and they set me up with AudioNova in McKinney. I got appt a few days out with Marco Pulido. He found the issue immediately and resolved it. He also explained to me more about my aids and how to maintain them. Service was excellent and I will go back to them for future support and issues. The whole team was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

  I have been having issues hearing in quiet situations fo awhile. Marco did all of the testing and we found the frequencies at which I do have a loss of hearing. Marco got me fitted into some hearing aids and I was able to go home with them all in the same day. Sucks getting old, but now I know the cause and have mitigated the issue all thanks to AudioNova.

  10/10 definitely recommend!! We were in desperate need of a last minute hearing aid modification and stumbled upon this location and were treated with great care, as if we were long time customers! The office staff along with the Hearing Instrument Specialist Mark, were 100% nice, kind, and respectful and went above and beyond to assist my son. Not only did they help my son with his current hearing aids, they also provided us with multiple community resources for hearing aid services and supports. If you’re in need of hearing aid care… run, don’t walk here! 😊

  I purchased my hearing aids from Adriatica Audiology, which is now AudioNova about 4 years ago. Chris, who is the first person you see when you walk in the door, has always been a ray of sunshine! All of the staff there are very helpful, patient, and kind. Through the name changes there have been changes in Audiologists. While I have never had a less than stellar experience, Louis is over the top! He took my hearing aids to a new level by taking the time to determine exactly what was happening and what I was hearing. He took the time to perform a detailed hearing exam and made adjustments to my hearing aids that made it seem almost like normal hearing!!! I could not be happier with my hearing aids after Louis worked his magic. I highly recommend Louis and AudioNova.
