StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab South Texas offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Andrea took the time to explain the stretches and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. She is always ready to listen to my “old man body complaints”, but more importantly, she then makes adjustments to help alleviate those “old man body complaints”! All the while Sydney has and maintains a smile and positive energy! She is always giving me tips on things to do at home. Upon my return visit, she follows up to make sure I did them, and that I did them right! She has even given me drawings and written instructions on those “during the week” stretches! Keep her there! She is FANTASTIC!
