- IGItzar Guerrero4 days ago5.0Great customer service and great selection. Person that attended me was very helpful and knowledgeable, told me about all the promos and explained what my insurance covered. Plan on make this store my 1st stop when getting glasses next time.
- SISelena IslasOct 3, 20265.0We had such a great experience with April.. She was so helpful throughout the entire process of getting our glasses and made our visit feel so smooth and easy. She was patient, friendly, and made sure we felt comfortable with our choices. We truly appreciate all her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great experience. ☺️
- VOVeronica OrtegaSep 5, 20262.0I don’t understand the point of having a sign in sheet if it isn’t going to be followed. I waited over 55 minutes to be seen, which I honestly didn’t mind waiting because I assumed we were being helped in order. What bothered me was seeing that I was next on the list, only for more than eight people who arrived after me to be helped before me simply because they were pickup orders. This experience was honestly ridiculous. It wasn’t until I said something that I was finally helped.

- MRMary RustongJul 20, 20265.0Had great customer service with Selena. She was patient as I looked for frames. She explained all options and details. The store was clean and well organized. Best prices that we have found. Definitely worth the drive.
