  The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a so called ‘health professional’. first of all, my appointment was at 1pm and did not get called back until 230, and did not leave until 4. Second, the staff was rude and dismissive and did not seem to know how to even act around children so idk why it’s even a pediatric dentist place, these people would do much better with adult clients. Third, the Dr himself was rude and had no patience at all. He proceeded to make it seem like it was completely MY fault that my 2 yr old daughter had cavities and told me I should’ve stopped breastfeeding at 1 year old and that I wasn’t ‘allowed’ to sleep next to my daughter at all anymore because of her breastfeeding and I should cut her off completely and proceeded to tell me that if I ever have any more children (I’m VERY heavily pregnant, and it’s very obvious) to NOT breastfeed them past 1 year old because this ‘could’ve been avoided’. So on top of his terrible service, he gave me terrible, unsolicited parenting advice. Completely unprofessional. he might know a thing or two about being a dentist but he clearly doesn’t know a single thing about being a parent, and it shows.

  Definitely the worst “health care professional” in the valley. We were referred here by my son’s regular dentist due to an issue with his molars. The appointment for my son was set for 2:30 pm. We arrived at 1:45 pm but were not seen until 4 pm. Interacting with the “doctor” was the most condescending experience ever. He was telling us that we HAD to go to the hospital for an extraction and we could not, for any reason, cancel that appointment because it’s already “ been set” . Further “conversation “ led to to the “doctor” telling us dad our 4 year old son HAS autism because of how restless he is and we need to go to his pediatrician to have him diagnosed . Incredibly horrible experience .

  Bad staff in front desk, they see you there standing and won’t even look at you or ask you if you need anything. If you don’t like your job why even work there 😤
