  Nicole is an absolute GEM. 💎 My parents adore her—and trust me, that says everything. She is gentle, patient, and genuinely caring in a way you just can’t teach. She shows up with empathy every single time, even on the tough days (and with Alzheimer’s and dementia… there are tough days). Living two hours away, I can’t just pop in whenever I want, so having Nicole there gives me a level of peace I didn’t think was possible. She keeps me in the loop on everything—when my parents are having a great day, a rough day, or just need a little extra love. That kind of communication? Priceless. Now let’s talk about the office staff—because they deserve their flowers too. Ashley, Shannon, and Melody… whew, y’all put UP with me. 🤭 For a minute there we were playing caregiver round-robin, and let’s just say—I didn’t like it, and neither did my parents. I may have gotten a little overprotective… maybe. 😉 But these three ladies stuck with me, heard me, and worked with me until we found the right fit—and that right fit is Nicole. Let me be real—finding someone you TRUST with your parents is no small thing. It’s hard. It’s emotional. And it matters. We didn’t just find help… we found Nicole. And we are forever grateful. 💛

  We recently had a urgent need for 24/7 care for my loved one. Traci and her staff jumped through hoops on very short notice to cover our needs. All home health staff were extremely competent and kind. Having them with us during this time was very comforting.

  I required a caregiver for my sister. Tracy came next day to do the admission. Tracy was very caring and understanding. She got Care pro for me right away for the night shift. When the Care pro, Pamela, came she was very thorough and caring. She followed the care plan without any difficulty. She was always on time and if she had any troubles or was going to be late Pamela would let agency know and they would call me. I had multiple caregivers and they were all very good.
