  Extremely disappointed in the way I was treated today. As a longtime customer recovering from major surgery and battling cancer, I expected compassion and understanding, not rudeness and a complete lack of empathy. I needed my medication, which I was already overdue to take, but because I forgot my ID, I was forced to go home and find a ride back to the store just so they could verify my picture. I understand policies exist, but common courtesy and basic human kindness should exist, too. After everything I’m going through, the last thing I needed was unnecessary stress from people who showed little concern for my situation. Policies are one thing, but compassion costs nothing. After years of being a customer, I expected much better.

  I switched from walmart and so glad i did. The staff here is great and the pharmacist is so kind.

  Best pharmacy in Marble Falls. They handle complex prescriptions, supply, and refills better than ANY pharmacy. The staff are super friendly and efficient!
