  This is not a review of GNC. This is a review of the employee in the store. I've been in two times and she is utterly uninterested in you being in that store. The store is a complete mess with boxes all over the floor. You can't get to many of the shelves. The online stock for the store was incorrect compared to what was actually in the store, but with so much stock sitting in boxes on the floor I can't imagine how anyone would be able to tell what was actually in stock. This employee needs coaching because amongst those who buy supplements with regularity, she is known. It's an awful experience in this store. I feel bad for GNC.

  Terrible and I mean absolutely terrible customer service from the lady that works here keep in mind this is not my first encounter with her my first experience was 3-4 years ago when I was 21 she refused to sell me pre workout bc she couldn't verify that my id was real even though it was a brand new state of Texas driver's license but proceeded to allow my cousin to purchase it knowing it was for me and today the issue arouse when I first walked in I'm browsing for testosterone boosters (on account of my doctor recommendation due to low testosterone) she walks over and asks am I over 30 bc she doesn't recommend taking them I say "oh I know I'm 24 and take them bc my doctor recommended bc of my low testosterone" she gives me a tone and just kept saying really I get what I need then go to check out she asked for my id I hand it over there is a slight crack that she then proceeded to break even more and my wife had to say "hey please don't break it more" she then says do I have another id I tell her idk if you remember me but you did this same thing with pre workout to me 4 years ago you can scan my barcode on my id to verify she proceeded to say there are number missing from my id number which I’m sure were there before she bent it to hell and elongated the crack my question is why do you need my id number and why are you writing information down about my id and not just checking the birth day in short this gnc sucks and will forever suck I will be telling all my avid gym going buddies to never shop here again!

  Lady working was super friendly and very knowledgeable on her product. She took the time to explain different options on what we were looking for. Also signed us up for the rewards program. Thanks for being awesome GNC lady! :)

  Love the wide selection of products for women! I'm very impressed by their knowledgeable associates. My Marble Falls store is clean and well stocked. Costs are about the same as similar stores...but you can't put a price on your health!
