  The office staff and assistants were unbelievably friendly, helpful and awesome. The dentist on the other hand was not helpful at all. He said 1 word to me and I didn’t even realize he was talking to me. He was behind me the whole time. He never asked me about what i needed. He never suggested a plan… nothing. I was not impressed with him at all. He was supposed to have this great dentist but without his staff I doubt he would have a practice at all.

  My mother came in to see you and this is her experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcomed and well taken care ofNita, Jade, and Addie were all kind, helpful, and professional, and I truly appreciated their care Dr. Collins was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his expertise and learned so much about sleep apnea. Im leaving very happy and grateful for the experience, and I will definitely be coming back soon to continue my treatment. Thank you all for your excellent care.

  Lilly hygienist is phenomenal my teeth was very great light hands!!! My teeth looks amazing please go see her!!! I rate her 100!!! Also Addie the coordinator is helping me with finances and getting me approved baby she got the job!!! The staff is heaven sent!!! Thanks Manvel Dental 🙏🏾💪🏾❤️

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m writing this as one of Tonya’s best friends because when someone you love is going through something scary, you never forget the people who step up and help them. Dr. Collins didn’t just see a patient sitting in his chair…he saw a person who needed help. He took care of her with compassion, kindness, and a genuine heart. He made sure she could get the treatment she needed and went above and beyond when she needed it most. The procedure was something that could have been an overwhelming financial burden, but Dr. Collins showed that he cares about people more than anything else. His generosity and willingness to help touched our hearts in a way I can’t even explain. His entire staff treated Tonya like family. They made her feel safe, valued, and cared for during a time when she was scared and vulnerable. Dr. Collins, thank you for taking care of my best friend. Thank you for helping her when she needed it, for giving her peace of mind, and for reminding us that there are still good people in this world. You didn’t just fix a dental issue…you helped someone I love feel cared for and hopeful again. That means more than you’ll ever know. God bless you and your amazing team.   Some people come into your life and remind you that kindness still exists. Today, that person was Dr. Collins, the Cowboy Dentist. I walked into his office carrying more than just dental pain—I was carrying worry, stress, and uncertainty. From the moment I arrived, every single person treated me with such genuine kindness that I immediately felt like family. The procedure I needed should have cost me an arm, a leg, and probably a kidney too! But Dr. Collins isn’t driven by dollar signs—he’s driven by a genuine desire to help people. That kind of compassion is rare these days, and I will never forget it. Dr. Collins didn’t just take care of my teeth. He cared about me. His generosity, servant’s heart, and kindness left a lasting impression that I’ll carry with me for years to come.
