  I guarantee this review will never be addressed by corporate in any regard. But me and my significant other are currently playing ‘monkey in the middle’ with a pharmacist named ‘Mouje’ and another ‘Elizabeth’ over a Valium prescription he has been taking for TEN YEARS! With the SAME doctor! Who is very credible. Due to his disability and inability to have meds delivered from Walgreens we decided to switch over to the pharmacy at HEB. We were told by the pharmacist ‘Mouje’ that she ‘does not feel comfortable’ filling a prescription that he has been taking and getting filled at Walgreen for YEARS. We asked for a rational and none was given. It was a Friday mind you, and he had run out of meds due to this unprofessional and incompetence system yall have going at HEB. On Monday we called his Dr office and were told it had ‘been filled and signed by the pharmacists at HEB’. So AGAIN we called HEB and a snide, rude, and unprofessional pharmacist named Elizabeth told us they had NOT filled it. Are your pharmacists racist? Are they prejudiced or religiously biased? Because his last name is Hispanic and he requires a benzodiazepine for his PTSD and plethora of other mental ailments? Are your pharmacists ‘anti narcotic’ fundamentalists? Are they STEALING meds? Perhaps someone is pocketing pills over there. It’s been days and the Dr had to call PERSONALLY! Which can affect patient care at his office as he sees MANY patients daily. SHAME on you! I have been a nurse for 16yrs and have NEVER been this appalled in my life. Your actions can have detrimental effects on people. They also made a FALSE claim that he was ‘belligerent’ on the first call which is slander. I will be contacting a lawyer. This is disgraceful and disgusting behavior. Please boycott this vile establishment.

  Did not expect to have a sweet message written on my prescription bag. This shows enough about HEB culture, makes you feel right at home!

  HEB Pharmacy Manvel location is awesome. Always super helpful and super fast :) The pharmacist Elizabeth is so helpful and understanding. I called her about a concern with a change in my prescription and she was so patient and kind and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated that.

  I recently switched to HEB pharmacy. This is truly a hidden gem! The customer service is so nice and they don't treat you like a number. I've already been a few times and every time was a refreshing experience. No long waits or rude customer service.
