- RGRocio GarzaSep 1, 20261.0I’m very disappointed with the ongoing issues at this H-E-B Pharmacy. This year alone, I’ve received 8 notifications that my birth control patches are out of stock and that I need to check back in a few days. Having to repeatedly monitor and rearrange my schedule to obtain medication I rely on has been extremely disruptive. This month, I was offered the generic alternative, which unfortunately does not stay on for the full 7 days. I was then advised to contact my insurance about getting a 3-month prescription. I don’t understand how that would solve the problem when the pharmacy consistently struggles to keep even a one-month supply in stock. I understand that supply issues happen, but the frequency of this problem has become unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience has also caused me to lose confidence in this pharmacy. As a result, I’ll be moving my family’s other prescriptions to another pharmacy as well. I hope H-E-B takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues so customers can receive their medications reliably and without this ongoing disruption. 0 stars is what is deserved.
