  I had a great experience at Target Optical, and I especially want to shout out Bri for her exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to show me a variety of frames and gave honest, knowledgeable input on which styles would suit my face best, which made the whole process a lot easier. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond. She even cleaned and tightened the glasses I came in with and replaced the nose pads without me even asking. That level of care and attention to detail is rare and definitely appreciated. Bri made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and actually enjoyable. If you’re going to Target Optical, I highly recommend asking for her!

  Went in for an appointment on 4/18 and was given a trial pair of contacts. After a few days I realizing I was struggling with blurriness and focus with my right eye so I came back on 4/25 to get my prescription fixed only to be told there’s no doctor onsite until next month. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I was told to “come back in a month” or maybe a doctor will be here on a week but wasn’t even give a specific date and just told “they’ll call you” who is they and when will I receive a call? I will never use target optical again if I can help it.

  Amazing service wonderful employees helping me with my glasses would recommend to everyone I know. Over all a great experience and excellent customer care. Leslie was the best worker ever super helpful and fast

  Only thing i have to say is that the customer service here is outstanding. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming and also very knowledgeable about what they sell. Denise was such an amazing help and a joy to talk to, she helped me pick out some sunglasses and also customize them. She has beautiful style and knows how to get you looking right. Definitely coming back here again for my next pair of glasses

  I loved the experience I had with Target Optical, my eye exam, the front desk guy and Dr Mary Nguyen, so patient, so understanding and listened to every single detailed I shared, and the ladies where you go choose your frames and glasses, they’re so nice and patient and really helpful! I could give them 100 stars!
