StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Mansfield offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- MBMiko B.6 days ago5.0I've had such a great experience visiting StretchLab Mansfield and having sessions with my flexologist Kayla! Kayla is amazing. Very helpful, warm/friendly, thoughtful, and just the right balance of gentle and firm when needed. I visited Kayla for assisted stretching during my second trimester and it made such a difference. I have other family members who work with Kayla, as well. All of the front desk staff I've met have also been incredibly kind and welcoming. I definitely recommend it and hope to return for more sessions postpartum.

She always took her time with me and was friendly and always suggested things I could do in between stretches or new things to try in the Mansfield store. I appreciate all she did for me. It was just a little pricey so I had to stop. Not her fault, just wish it could be less expensive.

If you’re serious about taking care of your body and want results, I highly recommend giving her a try. Otherwise, be a sack of lumpy potatoes. You do you.
