- CHChrys HendersonMar 10, 20261.0Wow! I have never had issues with Kroger grocery and I usually pick up by medications at Market Street. However, while waiting for my insurance to kick back in it was showing cheaper at Kroger. I called to check to see if my medication was ready after having issues with the automated system. I spoke with someone named Christie who had a super nasty attitude to the point that I left my doctor a message to send my medication to Market Street and I will pay the difference. I don't know if I caught you on a bad day or if this is not your profession of choice but it is apparent that customer service is not your forte Christie!

Down right 100% rude... Will stuff you over and be nice at the end. I think they need prescription themselves 🤔
