I am very unhappy with the bonding result on my front teeth. The problem was not the size — I wanted my teeth to look bigger because they were naturally small. The issue is the shape and the new gap that was created during the bonding procedure.
The bonding looks uneven and now food gets stuck between my front teeth because of the new space that was created. This gap was not there before the procedure. I expected a natural-looking smile, but instead I left feeling very disappointed and uncomfortable with the final result.
After the appointment, my orthodontist also noticed the new gap and recommended getting another opinion to correct the issue. This experience has been very upsetting for me. This turned into a nightmare for me and all my family because of her bad work.

Very disappointed with the bonding work done on my son’s teeth today. The issue is not that the teeth were made bigger — that was the purpose of the bonding because his teeth were naturally small. The real problem is the terrible shape and the new gap that was created during the procedure.
The bonding looks uneven and poorly shaped. A beautiful and natural result could have been achieved, but instead the final shape looks uneven ugly shape and unattractive. Even worse, a NEW SPACE was created between the front teeth that was not there before. Now food gets stuck in that gap, creating a completely new problem for my son.
We went to his orthodontist the same day for his retainer appointment, and the orthodontist immediately noticed the new gap and recommended finding another dentist to correct the issue. This was supposed to improve his smile, not create cosmetic and functional problems.
My son has been extremely upset all day because of how bad the bonding turned out. We trusted this office based on past experiences, but this result was heartbreaking and unacceptable. We know about bonding my wife and I have bonding we know how bonding works. She could create a beautiful shape but she did not. Now on top of that we have the Gap . Why why she created a new gap. He deal with braces for years there was no gap we have pictures why create for him this problem and for us too now we have to find another dentist and spend more money.. Extremely disappointed by this dentist.

Today has been extremely disappointing and emotional for my son and our family. My son just turned 18, but he still depends on me for important medical decisions and support. During his bonding appointment, the dentist asked me to leave the room while the procedure was being done. I trusted her because she had done beautiful work for me in the past, so I trusted her with my son as well.
When I returned, I was shocked by the result. The shape of the bonding looked horrible, uneven. The entire reason for the bonding was because his teeth were too small and we wanted them to look fuller and more balanced. We understood the teeth would become larger — that was the purpose of the bonding. The issue was never the size.
The dentist later tried to explain that because we requested larger bonding, the teeth would naturally look bigger. That is not the problem. The real issue is the poor shape, uneven appearance, and the fact that a completely new gap was created during the procedure.
The same day, we went back to his orthodontist to receive his new retainer, and the orthodontist immediately noticed a new space between one of the front teeth that was not there before. Now food gets stuck in the front because of this gap that was created during the bonding procedure. The orthodontist even recommended finding another dentist to correct the issue created during the bonding.
A beautiful and natural shape could have been achieved, but instead my son was left with misshapen bonding and a permanent gap caused during the procedure with the dental tools used. Now he is dealing with both cosmetic and functional problems from something that was supposed to improve his smile.
What hurts the most is that our concerns were not respected when we tried to explain how unhappy we were with the final result. Dentists need to understand that patients are the ones who live with their teeth every single day — not the dentist.
My son has been sad all day after this experience. We trusted this office, and now we are left dealing with uneven shapes, a new permanent gap, food getting stuck between his teeth, and the stress of having to find another dentist to fix the damage. This experience has been heartbreaking, unfair, and extremely disappointing.

First appointment. Great interactions with everyone I came into contact with beginning with the office call to schedule to the appointment, hygienist, billing/insurance….etc. Most of all, Dr. Le was very attentive and addressed all my questions to assist me making an informed decision regarding my dental health.

I’ve been a patient at this office for a few years now, and Dr. Le is great. However, for my last two appointments (at least), I’ve had to call the office myself to confirm that I was on the schedule. I called today to confirm my appointment for tomorrow, which I had booked six months in advance and taken time off work for, but was told it had been canceled because I had apparently missed their deadline to confirm, even though I was never contacted by them—no phone call, voicemail, text, or email. They were also unable to rebook me for my original appointment slot. I wouldn’t recommend this office if you value your time.
