I had been waiting on a prior authorization for an expensive medication and had to call several times throughout the process. Every single time, the staff was so kind, patient, and professional. Once my insurance finally approved it, I called and within about 10 minutes, my prescription was ready. What really impressed me was that they had already applied a manufacturer coupon for me, bringing my copay from $45 to $0 before I even had a chance to ask! It’s the little things like this that really show how much they care. I truly appreciate the wonderful service!

Everyone, from the pharmacists to the pharmacy techs, has always been so kind, friendly, and efficient. I’ve never had to wait long in the drive-thru, and anytime I’ve called, they’ve always been pleasant and helpful. They’ve definitely made this part of the transition easier. I would highly recommend this pharmacy!
