- PCPenguin CheeseJul 24, 20261.0My prescription had a needle and syringe which they didn’t have in stock. they said they will get it in a couple of days, kept saying this for a week. After a week they silently moved the prescription to done status, when I called to ask what happened to the needle, they said we don’t have it and we’ll never get it. Rude customer service, No communication or notification when they changed the status of my RX
- RRRoxanne RaineJun 19, 20261.0they said my rx was ready, then it wasn’t… then they said they needed prior authorization, which i got after a week and a half, they said the authorization didn’t go through, which it had, then they refreshed the system, then they said my rx was ready, then it wasn’t… then they said they wouldn’t fill it unless i went back to the doctor, who isn’t available until two months from now.
