  This place is the most disorganized place I’ve ever been to. There are two entrances and the one I walked in did not say anything about checking in. I walked around for about 10 minutes before I saw a sign saying that I needed to put my name down to check in. There was a QR code to check in, but it didn’t work. I finally signed in, waited about 15 minutes, then my name was called. I sat down with an employee and they told me that I needed to go next door to get my prescription, something I didn’t know as I had never been here. I went next door and walked in to a sign saying “we are short handed” I talked to a lady at the front desk and she informed me that they do not take insurance, something that is not displayed on the website or anywhere else until you actually get into the building. I’ll never return to this place.

  Spent an hour looking at glasses with my kid, they have a wide variety but it's hard to choose, did not feel rushed by customer service which was nice. We got a great pair and Quinten (sp?) was amazing when it came time to get our lenses and finish the purchase. 10/10 customer service.

  I’ve gotten glasses at Vision Mart for many many years. On any other day, I would definitely give them a five star review, but today is definitely not it. To start off, I called to make sure that they still had my prescription on file because I couldn’t find my paper one when the man answered the phone. He sounded so annoyed when I told him that I didn’t have my prescription and I wanted to see if he could look it up, his reply was.(ugh) that definitely screams professional. When I showed up, I signed in. I chose the glasses. They had employees standing there so I asked a young lady who was just sitting at a desk if she was ready for someone, her reply was “are you purchasing or picking up?” and I told her I was purchasing and then she directed me to go sit down Because no one was available keep in mind. This girl was just sitting there. Nothing to do. She was just turning in her chair. I sat down for about 10 minutes then she finally got up, went to check the paper called out my name, and then proceeded to help me. Made it seem like it was a big deal to have my glasses both on one transaction she wanted to go ahead and do two. Today's staff was definitely not professional at all. I have never seen this happen.

  Everyone from the eye exam to choosing frames and lenses were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They knew what they were talking about and it was very quick and easy experience.
