  If I can give 0 stars I would been coming here for years ,since I was kid. Lately it's been frustrating I get a text from them saying a certain medication is ready but when I go pick it up it's either not ready, or they supposedly need authorization though my Dr just sent it in before I went or the day before and my insurance still says it covered and their are refills left into a later date like a year apart but it's not available, they make up so much excuses for the incompetence that im just thinking of just transferring pharmacies it's getting ridiculous and plus my meds are deliver than they act like it's not or remove it without notification

  Usually I understand if they are running slow due to being short staffed, but this wasn’t the case. They were full staffed and when I first dropped off the paper for my medication to be prepared, they said 30 minute wait time and I come back 45 minutes after they started to work on it and I continue to wait 12-15 more minutes because there was a line which was fine but when it was my turn, the lady told me it would be 15 minutes more when I came around an hour after they “started” working on it. Staff did not apologize and gave attitude. Not to be a Karen but they really need to pick up the pace especially not being short staffed

  I have been trying to get ahold of them for over a week to refill another prescription I’m almost out of..I already have one ready to pick up. I want to make one trip and pick both of my refills at once. I have left several voicemails and even called the store and left my number and name so they could give it to the pharmacy and they could call me back but I never heard back from them. I should not have to go 15 minutes out of my way to come up there to pick up one medication then have put in another order and wait another day or so to pick up the other one. When I should have been able to pick them both up at once. It’s a waste of my time and gas…Extremely frustrating!! Do better answer your phones.. especially when it’s been over a week and you have several voicemails you haven’t gotten to.

  Horrible customer service. Went to pick up prescription that was supposed to be ready at 2 pm. After a long wait was finally told it wouldn't be ready until 5 pm. Came back at 5 pm and after waiting in a long line finally made it to the counter. I gave my information and waited. After no acknowledgement for 15 minutes, I asked the worker why it was taking so long. She didn't say a word and just pointed to the back and went on to start putting away other prescriptions. After another 5 minutes with no acknowledgement, I finally got the attention of another worker and asked if she knew why it was taking so long. She looked up the name and number and said there was nothing showing in the system. Finally the pharmacist came over and said there was a computer problem and they would call when it was fixed. Those in the other lines and drive through were getting their prescriptions. I understand computer problems but the lack of acknowledgement and concern was pathetic.

  If you are in an emergent situation and need a place to help with missing medication, find somewhere else. They will not help and will hang up you.
