  I agree with the most recent comments. I'm not sure what has happened the last few months but the service has gotten so slow. Seems like every time I come, I'm waiting at least 20 minutes

  They are in to much of a hurry to get off the phone when you are asking about your prescriptions. They seem to be put out because your trying to get the information when your prescriptions will be ready! Treat Your Customers with Respect. Pharmacy 6313 4th Street( 4th Milwaukee) Lubbock, Tx

  I have had MULTIPLE horrible experiences here. Today, I was told that my sweet babies prescription (antacid for severe reflux) would be ready in an hour and a half when I called. I just went by there two hours later, waited in line for over 30 minutes (at least 20 of which were us waiting on ONE CAR that was parked the whole time) only to be told “oh it looks like we are still working on it, give us an hour to an hour and a half” once again. This momma is NOT HAPPY to have to go home empty handed to a hurting baby. We will be finding a new pharmacy. Don’t waste your time here. EDIT: after calling back over two hours after this review, they told us “we just went to fill you prescription and it looks like we are out of that medication. You can call another United to see if we can transfer it” but didn’t even tell me the name of the medication or anything before hanging up. My husband had to call back to tell them that THEY needed to call because they had given us the run around and told us they were “working on our prescription” but obviously WERE NOT due to the fact that it took HOURS to even notice they were out. They finally called back and we were able to get our medicine at the 19th street location thank God. I cannot stress this enough DO NOT GO HERE. We will be taking out business to Thornhill’s pharmacy where they are timely, kind, and family owned.

  Terrible communication and a complete lack of professionalism. I was told my daughter’s prescription would be ready in 30–45 minutes, only to receive a text later saying it wouldn’t be available until the next day. I called multiple times and couldn’t get anyone to answer. When I finally spoke with someone the following day, I was told they had a “similar” medication available instead. Had we not repeatedly called to follow up, I’m not confident anyone would have communicated this information to us. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing.

  If I can give 0 stars I would been coming here for years ,since I was kid. Lately it's been frustrating I get a text from them saying a certain medication is ready but when I go pick it up it's either not ready, or they supposedly need authorization though my Dr just sent it in before I went or the day before and my insurance still says it covered and their are refills left into a later date like a year apart but it's not available, they make up so much excuses for the incompetence that im just thinking of just transferring pharmacies it's getting ridiculous and plus my meds are deliver than they act like it's not or remove it without notification
