- CCCamilleMay 22, 20263.0I have filled with this pharmacy for years. Their organization is poor along with the customer service. The pharmacists’ seem to be knowledgeable and friendly but the staff has been rude for every time I come or at least clearly show they hate their jobs. The line in the drive thru is ridiculous. People should not be able to wait for their prescriptions when five or six cars are waiting just for pick up. Also, the process they use is unorganized and inefficient. Why do they have a separate bag for each prescription instead of just under the customers name? To open however many bags, look at papers, scan and pay can take 15-30 minutes. They need to reevaluate their procedures and talk with staff about being friendly or fired.
