  This is worst delivery service. 1. No set delivery times, only am and pm delivery "time" available 2. I have now waited 22 hours for delivery, and I am very close to store, but CANNOT drive myself 3. No person has told me whereabouts of my meds 4. Have made at least 5bcontacts with pharmacy and have been told different thing each time 5. Supposed to have meds on morning delivery by noon--it is late afternoon, afternoon deliveries have gone out, and I still have no meds 6. Pharmacy needs much better control and timing and knowledge of my med info. 7. Meds are not frivolous purchase--they are needed when stated and this nonsense and unprofessional treatment is unacceptable. 8. Not good system

  We’ve used this pharmacy for many years. The majority of our experiences had no issues, other than occasional delays in prescription filling due to stock and fairly long lines for pick-up. Particularly in the last few months, however, the service has been disappointing. Multiple times now, a prescription for a family member has needed additional information from the pharmacy, so they’ve called us to get that information. When we arrive for pick-up though, the prescription isn’t ready because whoever called didn’t document it (each time), making us wait even longer. Based on my recent experiences and those of other reviewers, internal communication and documentation appears to be a recurring problem. The staff can also be argumentative, not listening to what we are trying to tell them about specific types of prescriptions we are needing. Ultimately, it has worked out every time that we were correct, but with too much unnecessary frustration in the process. After our latest experiences yesterday, we will be moving our business to another pharmacy.

  All the pharmacists at this location or fantastic. Krista, Matt, Kaylee, I forget the rest of their names but they're all fantastic. Highly recommend talking with them and seeing what I say. Stay gold
