The phlebotomists are skilled and take time to make sure you’re relaxed. They explain everything clearly, especially if it’s your first time. I also appreciate how quickly they get you in and out—my appointments usually run right on time. Plus, the compensation is solid and the rewards program makes it even better. Whether you’re a regular donor or just starting out, this location is top-notch. If you’re in Lubbock and thinking about donating, definitely check out the Main Street KEDPLASMA.
