- GRgabriel riveraDec 7, 20221.0Ridiculously unnecessary attitude from Zach who had my prescription but stated it wasnt there. Walgreens called them and guess what!? They had it! So i call back. They answer, then i get placed on hold. So imagine you call, music cuts out and bam hold again music cuts back in. Then my phone rings while im on hold. Oh its HEB pharmacy manager brandy! And guess what?! She made up a few lies as to what occured and shushed me off the phone! Terrible.
