Covenant High Plains Surgery Centers – at 3610 22nd Street and 2301 Quaker Avenue – are the only freestanding multi-specialty surgery centers in Lubbock nationally accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. We are one of only a dozen ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) in the nation to receive MBSAQIP accreditation as a bariatric Center of Excellence, Blue Cross Blue Distinction Center, and Aetna Institute of Quality, and the only ASCs in West Texas to perform outpatient robotic total knee replacement using the Stryker Mako™ surgical robot, as well as DaVinci X robotic general, bariatric, and urologic surgery. CHPSC was recognized by Newsweek as one of America's Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers 2022, 2023 & 2024.
